CONSTRUCTION NOTE: There is construction going on with the downstairs garden pools. There will be some noise from 9am till 7pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9am till 2pm. The rooftop pool is still available and you will have access to the gazebo and a secondary garden pool at all times.

Our original accommodation in Tulum was unexpectedly cancelled less than a week before our arrival, and Abi was incredibly responsive and helpful even before we booked with her. It made a stressful situation so much easier.The property itself is very well maintained, and our ground-floor unit was exactly as shown on the VRBO listing. It stayed naturally shaded throughout the day, so we hardly needed to use the air conditioning. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the rooftop, and although the pools on site were a bit too cold for swimming, the loungers in the main-level pool were perfect for relaxing.The beach is about 4.5 km away—an easy walk that we did often, and we had no trouble negotiating taxis back. All of the staff on site were very pleasant and welcoming.We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by two extra nights. We’ve shared a few private suggestions directly with Abi, but overall this was truly a wonderful stay. We would happily return!" (10/5)
